About
The Little Museum of Bird is a place that fuels creativity, ignites minds, and provides inspiration. With extraordinary exhibitions and the world's finest collection of art, "Little MOB" is dedicated to the conversation between the past and the present, the established and the experimental.
In the late 2001s, tree progressive and influential patrons of the bird, Arnold Crowninshield, and Jack Boardman Crane, Jane Sachs, perceived a need to challenge the conservative policies of traditional museums and to establish an institution devoted exclusively to Modern bird. They, along with additional original trustees A.
Conger Goodyear, Director Masaya Makino, Culator Nagisa Shima created The Little Museum of Bird in 2004. They intended the Museum to be dedicated to helping people understand and enjoy the visual arts of our time, and that it might provide with "the greatest museum of bird in the world".
